Rules

Village Grove Rules and Regulations

as of January 2008

 

The following Rules and Regulations apply to all owners, residents and their guests:

1.        Balconies and patios must be kept clean and not used as a storage area, workshop or for drying clothes.

2.        Washers and dryers must be kept within balcony storage closets.

3.        Pets are not allowed in the common areas unless restrained on a leash at all times.

4.        Residents are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not disturb neighbors and are responsible for picking up after their pets.

5.        Storage of combustible and flammable material is prohibited.

6.        Littering is prohibited.  Trash must be properly discarded in the designated refuse bins.

7.        Loud noise is prohibited.  Noise levels must be kept low enough so as to not be heard in adjoining units.

8.        Loud automobiles or machinery shall not be operated within the community between the hours of 8 PM and 8 AM.

9.        Gates must be closed at all times.

10.         Feeding the ducks is prohibited.

11.         Pool, spa, and sauna hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM.

12.         Residents must accompany their guests when using the pool, spa, or sauna.

13.         Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool area.

14.         Playing ball is not allowed in the common areas and pool area.

15.         Loud music and yelling are not allowed in the pool area.

16.         Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.

17.         The speed limit in the parking garage and on all driveways is 5 MPH.

18.         Bicycles, skateboards, and other wheeled toys, are not allowed in the common areas, parking garages and driveways.

19.         Motorcycles and mopeds are not allowed in the walkways and must be parked in the designated parking areas.

20.         Playing is not allowed in the common areas, parking garages, stairwells, or elevator.

21.         People and pets are prohibited from entering the stream and landscaped areas.

22.         All exterior alternations, modifications, and improvements must be pre-approved in writing by the Board of Directors.

23.         Shopping carts must be returned to the area beneath the stairwell in the parking garage after use.

24.         Posting of signs in the common areas or on property visible from the common areas is prohibited. However, a “For Sale” or “For Lease” sign may be placed in the window of a unit.

25.         If a lock box is used in connection with the sale of a unit, the lock box must be located on the front door of the unit for. A gate key is provided in the lockbox located near the main entrance.

26.         The clubhouse is to be used for recreational purposes only.

Parking Rules

1.        Residents must park their vehicles in their designated parking space or outside of the community.

2.        Guests may park in the non-resident parking area.

3.        The parking spaces located within the complex near the main entrance are for the temporary use for guests only.

4.        Recreational and commercial vehicles must be parked in a garage or outside of the community.
