Topics of Business:
1. Welcome Roman to the board. Thank you for taking the time to be part of the 2008 Homeowner’s Association Board
2. iron work to be done in first quarter of 2008
3. resurface of the pool to be done in second quarter of 2008
4. new circulating pump in the Jacuzzi was installed
5. considering adding small flood lights in the front entrance of the complex (by the guest parking area)
6. Robert to add a “coupon slip” on the website to facilitate payment of association fees (when original coupon slip can not be found)
7. trimming of trees has been completed
8. grass to be seeded
9. meeting to be held in January to discuss events in 2008
