The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. in the clubhouse by President Kathy Morgan.

 OLD BUSINESS:

1.        SHOPPING CARTS IN THE CONDOS:  Decided to leave them.

2.        GATES (BY THE STREAM):  Check to see if it has been fixed.

3.        BRITTANY HOUSE:  Noise has improved for now.

4.        LIMOUSINE SPACE (UNDERGROUND PARKING):  Contract up January 2009.

5.        SPRINKLER SYSTEM:  Need to contact Oak Grove to change time on sprinklers.

6.        SOLAR LIGHTS (ALONG WALK WAY):  Need to be checked by electrician.

NEW BUSINESS:

1.        EVENING/WEEKEND EMERGENCIES CONTACT LIST:  Copy to be distributed to homeowners at new meeting and posted at the mail boxes.

2.        INTERCOM SYSTEM IN SECURITY BOOTH:  Brockman Properties to contact Robert Garcia for assistance.

3.        NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH:  Kelly Jo Kelly is our contact.

4.        ROOF TILES/CONCRETE AREAS:  Discussed having power wash in near future.

5.        ELECTION OF BOARD 2007:  Brockman to count votes and send out letter announcing new board members.

6.        STREAMS AND LIGHTS:  Handled by Ron Sanchez.

7.        TREES (BY CONDOS):  Virginia Torres to check into trees provided for free by the City.  Looking to replace trees that were removed last year due to root damage to the streams.

8.        FLOWER BEDS (BY CONDOS):  Ivy in the flower beds need to be cleaned up.  There are alot of weeds.  Suggestion made by Oak Grove is to replace everything with assorted bedding plants and use bark shavings to cover the ground.  Need to check to see if sprinklers are working in the flower beds.

9.        CONDO ELEVATORS:  Permit expired July 2006.  Brockman Properties needs to handle this right away.  Repairs may be needed before license can be renewed.

10.        BAIT STATIONS:  Need to be replaced around Village Grove.

11.        GRAFFITI needs to be painted on the barriers where limos are parked.

12.        UNDERGROUND PARKING:  Plastic covering discussed for open areas.
