VILLAGE GROVE HOMEOWNER’S MEETING
June 21, 2007
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. in the clubhouse by President Kathy Morgan.

OLD BUSINESS:
1. Cement work on the walkway coming from the guest parking up to the poolwas completed
2. Estimates for the wrought iron work was looked into by Kathy
3. Estimates for the pool repairs were received, but will continue to get other bids
4. Kathy was to speak to the gardener for the removal of the dead treebehind 5447.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Planning for a Labor Day B-B-Q ~ more details to come during the AugustHOA meeting
2. Ron drained the stream completely for cleaning. Stream was down for 4 days
3. The sump pump for the stream had to be replaced. Per plumber, thestream is leaking 50% more
4. Kathy is looking into repairs of the stream. Possible upgrades. Looking at acost of about $80K. Looking into getting additional bids
5. Iris looked into the cleaning of the complex. Steam cleaning the undergroundparking and the driveways around the complex. Also looked into the cleaningof all the gutters. Stucco walls and roofs will not be steamed cleaned
6. Discussed the possibility of window washing ~ this would be a cost to theindividual homeowners
7. Chung Hsin advised his car was broken into and the garage door remote wasstolen ~ consider changing code, but it would be an inconvenience to alla. Chung Hsin was to look into pricing on fake cameras to help deter vandalsb. Create a sign “Property being video taped. Violators will be prosecuted”
8. Lori requested a reminder letter to go out to all the homeowners with thepool/spa rules ~ summer has arrived and more people are enjoying the pool. Need to make sure everyone is safe!
9. No meeting will be held in the month of July ~ Have a great summer
