The meeting was called to order at 7:08 p.m. in the clubhouse by President Kathy Morgan.
A huge heart felt thanks to Maria & Ron Sanchez for all the extra effort hey put forth in helping to make our community great! Many thanks to all the board members and homeowners who actively participate in the daily maintenance, preservation and beautification of our precious property, Village Grove! Keep up the great work!

OLD BUSINESS:
1. The sprinkler systems are OK.
2. The noise at the Brittany House is much better.
3. The graffiti has been removed from the units involved.
4. Ron Sanchez and his cousin have taken action with the solar lights along the walk way. They has repaired the wiring and replaced old bulbs exhausted our inventory. He submitted a request to purchase new bulbs and received our approval. This action should satisfy this need.
5. We will not post evening/weekend emergency contact list in order to avoid misuse andand unnecessary expenses.
6. Ron has painted all graffiti and it looks great!
7. Jill has mailed out the requested info/reminder letter of the Village Grove rules and regulations.
8. Kelly Jo Kelly is our neighborhood watch contact.
9. Elevator License is current and in place.
10. Robert was hopeful that the Village Grove website was 3 threes out.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Robert and Ron are looking into the Intercom System in the Security Booth.
2. Kelly suggested that we add the staircases to the list of roof tiles and concrete areas to be power washed.
3. We will be meeting Servano at 7:00am on April 14th to discuss the beautification of our landscape. We look to remove the dead tree by Bills unit and have a set plan of refurbishment for all areas that have been affected to take place all at the same time.Ivy in the flower beds and along the wall that leads into the parking garage needs to be cleaned up. The weeds are taking over.
4. An exterminator needs to be called in and bait stations need to be placed.
5. Jill is looking into the plastic covering discussed for open areas of the underground parking garage.
6. Robert will investigate the financial status of Village Grove and report back to us.
