The meeting was called to order at 7:06 pm in the clubhouse by President Kathy Morgan.

Topics of Business:

1.        gutters were cleaned.  Thanks to Iris for doing a GREAT job in finding a good company at a great price.

2.        the steps in the condo area are to be cleaned on 10/26/07

3.        another satellite dish is up between units 23 and 24.  a letter will be going out to everyone as a reminder that all satellite dishes are to be placed on the roof.

4.        letter to go out reminding everyone that skateboarding, bicycle riding, and skating on the complex driveway is prohibited

5.        Bob will be placing a sign beside the trash can on the driveway noting all large boxes must be torn down before going into the trash bin.

6.        reminder all patios MUST be keep clean

7.        make sure to clean after your pets

8.        Bob will be painting the word “GUEST” on every parking slot in the front entrance.  Remember this is guest parking only and a notice must be placed in the car if staying a long period of time.  Also make sure to notify Brockman with an email or letter.

9.        elections for 2008 board ~ 3 positions are available.  Consider being part of the board!

10.        Kathy working on getting a schedule date for tree trimminga.        Bob suggested trees between complex and nursing home be trimmed to make them all the same sizeb.        Kathy will speak to Servano to walk the grounds before doing the tree trimming work

11.        noise from nursing home has lessened.  Bob spoke to the one of the managers

12.        Kathy to speak to the manager at the nursing home to discuss the issue of their employees throwing trash over the wall into the complex

13.        be courteous to your neighbors.  Keep the noise level down.  Remember we are in close vicinity to each other, noise carries.

14.        all complaints MUST be directed to Brockman.  Use the email address found on the website (www.villagegrove.us)

15.        Bob thanked the board for a job well done

16.        covering on the roses found in the condo entrance is coming.  Servano is waiting to get the best

17.        the iron fence around the complex will be repaired during the first quarter of 2008

18.        pool to be resurfaced in second quarter of 2008

19.        stream to remain as is.  Received several bids and  the average was $80,000 to have the stream re-done20.        next meeting to be scheduled for early December.  Keep an eye out for the date
