Topics of business:
1. new bright lights have been installed in underground garage and stairwells
2. there have been NO break-ins since last meeting
3. work will be done to the fence around the pool area
4. the pool will be re-surfaced before this summer
5. stream will be fixed mid week of 3/3/08 ~ both motors are heating up
6. looking into changing to KEY CARD entry for drive-thru gates
7. children continue to play around in the complex before school and after school ~ a reminder letter will be going out
8. planning on a Cleaning PARTY to clean the underground garage: Keep and eye out for more details ~ Come help clean-up our home!!
