Security- a condo owner asked that we put it out there to have a security guard on property in the over night hours. This would however raise each person dues at least $50 per month to pay for this hours. Everyone at meeting voted against this idea.
Wood- we are slowly going to be replacing the wood around the complex. to keep us from having to increase dues because of this project, it will probably be a 2 year project with Ron heading it up. he recently make repairs on one townhome and the owner is very satisfied.
Trash Shoot – needs a face lift in condo area. Ron will paint and Jill will follow up with cleaning company to wipe down walls
Owner brought up that large garage gate at back of complex is at the ‘end of its cycle’. has a noise concern. Ron will look at it but it is still working good at this point. possible silicone spray?
Condo club house carpet needs cleaning- Ron will rent steam cleaner and try to clean.
