Homeowners present: Sid, Deborah, Geoff, Kathy, Donna, Barry, Janis, Tammy, Andrea
Guest Parking—A few cars are parking there. Need to understand the rules and procedures.
Planter Boxes—Turned out nice. Project was done because the roots were damaging the wall.
Next Big project—Townhome roofs.
Members of the Board are volunteers. If there are issues e-mail Jill. She has the resources to solve problems and/or bring the issues to the Board’s attention.
Children on Bicycles—Bikes are not to be ridden in complex. Someone could get hit because cars cannot always see and therefore it is not safe.
Pools—Need to be vigilant about who is at the pool. Teenagers have been known to carve the tables
Driveway—ground cover, need to talk with Silvano/Armando
Sid—What would it cost to heat the pool in the winter for a special situation? We can ask. How long would it take to heat the Pool? Kathy will call and find out.
Andrea—Look into energy efficiency with Edison. June 1 to October 1. Summer Discount program. Tammy will look into this.
