Roofs—PVC from air conditioner to Rain gutter will be looked into.
Trash—Mailer about trash etiquette. A number of times when the bin(s) are full people just leave the trash outside/on the ground or next to the chute. We need to recognize that there is not a butler or maid to clean up after us. Sometimes the trash men do not bring the bin back into the complex. Take the few extra steps and put the trash in the bin. Also E-mail Jill and/or there is a number to call on the bin to report and get the bin returned.
Tree trimming—coming up—it will take about a week. Watch roofs for broken tiles. Will ask Ron to keep an eye on this
Unit 11—There was a flood in the bathroom that spread to the rest of the unit. It was in the main line. Maintenance on the pipes is needed.

Cable wires—please instruct installers to put them in pvc pipe to keep our complex looking neat.
One owner reported that the light that shines on the Village Grove sign is not working.
Sauna—the light has been left on. May need maintenance.
Brittany House—workers often visit outside by their cars as they are leaving in the early mornings. Contacting the manager to report the problem.
