Meeting began at 7:05 p.m.

Enan from ServPro—Update on rebuild. We are at a standstill because it took 4-6 weeks for the Engineer to redo plans for the units based upon today’s rules for building. They were submitted to the city in January but since the city offices were basically closed for the holidays there was/is a large backlog of projects submitted and we are still waiting for final approval. Enan is in contact with the Engineer and is aware of the changes that the city is making him complete. However, the basic plan is in place and ServPro is working on getting the resources/people in place to begin immediately once approval is given. Hoping for mid March. They will set up bin/s on the street for removal of all burned framing for units 15 and 26 since those units will have to be completely gutted. They will have a crane to lift supplies up and over the walkway and will therefore not be using the ramps/elevator as much. For units 1, 2, 12,13,23,24 access through the area will not be blocked but could be times when need to wait for items , etc. related to the workers/work. Looking at 6 months until everything is completed. The first month or so is when the most visible work will take place. After that the work will mostly be inside and we will not be as aware of what is being accomplished.

Updates were given on the following items:

Fence for the pool area—getting a quote and work to be spread out in order to spread out cost.

Flowers—have received quote and will be discussing at next board meeting.

Garage Space—all of the units for rental in the condo garage have been rented. There are still 2 for sale. Two have been bought and you will see cars in the last two spots in the garage due to this.

Electrical—Jbox will be put underground. When the work is being completed, the front gates will be open and the intercom won’t be working.

Graffiti—There is graffiti on the door to Kathy’s place and also on the wall between us and Brittany House. These issues will be addressed.

Front door in townhome on Centralia was painted the wrong color. This issue will be addressed.

Termite—Coastline and a second vendor came and did a walk through. They commented that the damage is not too bad, some header beams have damage. Will provide a quote on costs to repair.

Lights by mail box and entrance—two that need new bulbs/etc.

Grass areas—considering an astroturf near the stream/pool areas since it would help reduce costs in watering and chemicals used to keep the stream/pool area usable. Checking on the quality/life span of such a product. There may be an incentive from the city since it would help with overall water usage.

A committee was formed to work with Kathy on the flowers.

Meeting adjourned at 8:00pm
