Painting—Issues with vines, plants, and chicken wire. Needs to be removed, cut back, etc.
Rats—health department to evaluate. One townhome seems to have someone living in garage which may be an entrance for rats. There is conduit that runs through the townhomes that makes an access point.
Concrete—water pooling by garages because of issues with concrete. To be looked at by Kindle in January

Trash pickup—There is a Long Beach App when large items are left out. Click here to obtain Go Long Beach App.
Painting—clean up patios! Doors are being painted.
Drains—maybe put drains in the concrete driveway to solve problems of water pooling.
Rats—Terminix is trapping. Paint job is sealing outside holes, owners responsible for inside holes. 5461-5479. Health department will be checking
Christmas Lights—12/10 at noon to put up.
Pipes—Condos—Old pipes leaking—sometimes is main drain which is shared by a stack of units and association will be responsible. Sometimes is a single use pipe in which the homeowner will be responsible. Walls may need to be opened to get to the problems.
Burglars—If a unit gets an alarm can the sticker be posted in the window? Should be ok. There is a safety doorbell that is also an alarm. Will find a style that is approved and let people know.
