3/20/17- Meeting with owners: Attendance List
Reviewed old & new items:
- Garage door being replaced. date TBA
- Iron work being done to repair deteriating and potentially dangerous conditions
- Gutter replace on fire rebuild finally
- Still waiting on condo 1st floor elevator outside floor repair by ServPro
- Pipe busted below condos which caused mud flood in garage- Ron is working on it
- Concrete suck around electrical transformers- following up with SCE (now fixed)
- Many complaints about Rats in walls and around. one townhome owner will be laying poison
- Be nice to each other- we are one home, all neighbors, lets stop talking behind others backs and start looking out for each other
- HS kids coming around- can we ask HS security to come by more?
- Maggie brought signs to be posted for noise from Brittany house (asking Ron to hang)
- Heather on spa not working- others said it is- Frank will check
- Heat the pool vote- 3 no/ 6 yes starting in April vs end of May
- So Cal Savings- worth it?? – even if just $5 it is worth it, club house is often not used
- Request a ceiling fan in club house then (will ask Ron for quote as electrical is already there)
- When is painting townhome stucco & trim? – was planned for this year but now fixing rain damage. hope for this year?
- 5473 hole needs to be patched from work 2 years ago?
ACTIONS NEEDED POST MEETING:
- Ron- please hang signs by Maggie’s house for Brittany house
- Ron- please look at fixing hole done by a vendor 2 years ago in alley area near 5473 & advise
- Ron- can you quote us on putting a ceiling fan in club house?
- Ron- please keep us updated on pipe issue and if you need us to start digging
- Jill- can you please ask Frank to turn heater on in April rather than mid May?
- Jill- can we add a rat service plan to the bug service we are already getting? how much would that cost?
- Jill- once we lock in a color for the townhome back doors, can you mail a letter to the owners with that color and include that the Rod Iron on their patios is individual owners responsibility?
- Robert- can we add a page to the website to have paint color codes, door knobs requirements, etc?
