Village Grove Meeting 10/2/2019

Updates on pond, tree trimming and west side, roof, air units on townhomes and reserves.  

*New pump in front pond. Note that Eco pond will die off some through winter, new skimmer so ponds & pool are separate, tree trimming to begin week of 10/7. New pool company will clean pool sand and around filters. Stephanie requested we heat pool 5/1-10/1 to 86 degrees instead of 80. 

*2 units have had their roof repaired, 2 still needed. Plans to have all townhomes reroofed in next few years. Building reserves now. Broken tiles to be addressed after tree trimming, note 5451, 5471 and clubhouse. 

*Requested we have fire department do safety class and for a trash dumpster on alley side. We’re told there is a ½ size one that would fit there, need cost. 

*Speed bump flaking, need porters to powerwash and needs to be sealed. If we used clear instead of paint may wear better. Request to powerwash backside fence once planting is settled. 

* Get quote for evergreen tree replacement in pool area. 

*Need condo person for architectural committee – no volunteers. 

*Recycle centers closing, there are ones on Woodruff and the 91 fwy and Woodruff & South. 

*Pool fence facelift to start. 

*RPB Plumbing, Heating and Air quoted $585 for air repairs, and if 8 or more do that drops to $425. Handyman to check 3 other buildings to see if they too are in disrepair. 

*Request that gardeners stop leaving small table propping pool open when they are here.
