Village Grove Landscape Committee Meeting

In attendance: Carole Shultz (#5443), Cathy Morgan (#5439), Iris Slonin (#5429), William Torres (board member, #27 & #32), Sid Shapiro (board member, #33)
*LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE’S PRIORITY ITEMS*
- all tree uplights on Centralia need to be replaced
- # 5443 needs plants replaced
- Groundcover on Centralia (rocks? pebbles? vegetation? river rocks?)
- #5445 bush coming off the wall
In Addition:
- We need more lighting in pathways
- #5467 dirt trail that leads to pool is a slip hazard
- #5457 has broken pots by front
- Groundcover also needed big rock by clubhouse, corner area by clubhouse, #5453, condo mailbox tree, tree by #5459
- #5438 needs a lavender bush or other plant that ca
- Fake rock or lavender bush needed to cover ugly pipes on Centralia
- Broken pipe by entry to main entrance walkway (west side)
- We need to choose drought tolerant plants when we replace the corner by the foundation project
Can the Gardeners…
- seed the front grass area (by the street) on Centralia
- try to aerate the dirt so the grass grows more (too many patches of hard dirt)
