The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. in the clubhouse by President Kathy Morgan.

New Business:
1. Jim from HydroClean spoke regarding the cleaning of the gutters for the entire complex. The gutters will be cleaned in September. Notices will get posted when the time comes. Owners with units that have patios will be advised to move any items that wish not to get wet. It will be a very messy job, but HydroClean will do their best to leave the areas as they found them. If there are any problems, issues, complaints ~ Raul is the contact person at HydroClean. He will be in the complex during the cleaning process.
2. Barry and Donna Gilmore were given the ok to remove the 5 MPH sign located on their unit wall.
3. Unit 12 removed the satellite dish and patched the holes on the wall. The dish was moved to the proper place, the roof
4. Renters are calling Brockman directly for issues in unit/complex. The renters are to call owners, and it is the owners responsibility to call Brockman with any issues
5. End of summer BBQ – to be planned for the second Sunday of September
6. Village Grove Website now has an operating Post Message Board. Individuals can post messages, items for sales, available services, units for rents, ect…
7. A letter is to go out with a reminder that bike riding, skateboarding or roller-skating on the complex’s driveways is NOT allowed.
8. The dead tree in front of unit 5447 was removed, but he stump was left behind. OakGrove will remove the stump below ground.
9. Unit 5447 was given the ok to plant flowers where the stump was removed
10. Maria will look into having a sign made to place over the trash bin located on the west side of the complex. The sign is to remind everyone that all trash MUST be placed inside the trash bin and all boxes MUST be cut up before going into the trash bin.
