Topics Of Business:
1) Please get involved. Run for the board as elections are coming up soon and need more community involvement
2) Law suit update (email was read from Rosa)
3) Possums – Please do not leave food out on patios. Possible exterminator for fleas left by possums.
4) Tree trimming will be done this month, Iris negotiated a great deal with gardner.
5) FIOS is here and ready to go. (feedback has been mixed among hownowners)
6) Guest Parking – be sure to leave a note in guest of car of where they are visiting.
7) Break-ins – Any suggestions? camera system, Clay said that could be bought for $500 from Costco. Ron will look into it. Need to check with attorney on the liability of cameras.
8) People are storing stuff in the parking garage – Tammy & Kathy will do a walkthrough.
9) Homeowners are unable to refinance due to pending lawsuit.
