Topics of Business:
1) HOA Dues – Will be increased from $290 to $300
2) Recap of 2010 projects completed.
a. New stream, waterfalls.
b. Clubhouse was painted, carpeted and new light fixtures.
c. Fios was installed for all units.
3) Update on lawsuit – End is very near and looking to settle soon.
4) Broken tile from condo roof. Will call roofing company to come take a look for other loose tiles.
5) New HOA board will be announced soon. Jill will email once she has tallied the votes and will email the new board.
