Topics of Business:

1.)Break-ins.

a.) Moped returned to owner was discussed.

 B.) Vandelismon the rise in the Long Beach area.

c.)Tall security gate are out of compliance.

d.) Tenants watching out for each other.

e.)talking to school security about the ice cream man causing kid to loiter, throwing trash blocking driveway etc. 

2) Gutters.Ron address the equipment and labor plus cleaning windows to offset the cost .

3.)Dumpster area to be chained off or cut out.

4.) Fee.$15 dollar a month for condo w/more than 2 stalls 1 st. then townhomes.

a.) Rate will be determine by Jill’s reseach.

5.) Update on lawsuit.-Waiting to be filed.

b.)Condo roof repairs – Due to the high cost of the job to redo roof (75,000),we will patch it until the cash is reserved.

c.) Skylights will also be looked at but were not part of the condo roof repair.

6.)Open suggestions.

1)Antenna for front driveway gate.

2.) Don’t feed the ducks!

3.)The cleaning of the Subt. parking area.  Also the tennants leaving trash and boxes.

4.)#5459 concerned about noise from children offending other tennants, but all member attending  did not find children planing in respectable hours offensive.

5.)Locks.To rekey,replace or keycard.
