September 20, 2016
Issues discussed:
Plumbing stacks in units involved in the fire have been a problem. Contacting insurance.Issue of non-use for a year and a half, etc.
Beautification—New plants in entry. Plan to see how it works out and then do other areas. Need to work on water lines to be sure that plants can be kept alive. Centralia could use plants.
Front Gate Code for drive in gate—to be updated due to issues with code being given out excessively and unauthorized people on the grounds. Code was #9 for drive through and #6 for walk-in.
Need to be vigilant—Off-site people have been using pool etc. for a bath.
Soliciting—there should be none. Don’t allow solicitors in. If contacted explain that they should leave since they should not be on the property.
Locks. Pool gate lock broken. West side gates not closing completely. They will be checked/fixed.
Courtesy—Return carts, at dumpsters don’t leave trash bags outside the trash bin. If it is missing or full take to another bin.
Garage numbers to be repainted.
SWI has 2 spaces for parking that can be purchased.
Elections coming up in November. Two spots open.
Stream—discussed filter option and fake grass. Group thought filter option for now.
Clicker code to be changed. Look for letter from Jill.
Trees—to be trimmed next month. Owners indicated that in past the trees on Centralia were trimmed twice a year. Will look into this.
Front Doors—Discussion on paint, etc. Actually it turns out doors were stained not painted. Will check to see what the color was. CC&R’s say doors need to be uniform. 5427 has an approved front door color.
Door Handles—Brushed brass/nickel (gold) is approved color. May be round or style with push down.
Windows—some say that new windows from fire are black. They should have been brown. However, other units are black. Brown may be from fading.
Chimneys fixed after fire do not have a black edge, it is a silver metal. Needs to be painted to match the rest.
Screen Doors—should be approved type. The retractable type are good.
Security Doors—Gibralter from Lowes in Bronze
Townhome skylights—dirty. Can be washed off with spray from down below with hose.
Front Steps for Townhomes—same coating as first floor by condos. The coating is cracking. Originally done as a gift. Can be redone by owners as desired.Information on who to contact will be checked into.
