It was reported that the water heater for the condos has a lot of rust.

Memorial Day—Potluck on May 26. Grills will be available. Sign up sheet will go out soon.
Drain Pipes. How far does each individual owner take responsibility when the drain is stopped up. Clear to the street?? Just to where the individual home pipe joins the main pipe???
Leaking pipes next to parking space 34.
Garage needs painting. Explanation included that planters need to be fixed first.
Curfew—Brittany House—There is an early morning delivery on Tuesday’s that arrives anywhere from 5-7 a.m. The agreement with Brittany House was nothing before 8 a.m. This will be checked.
Guest parking—If you are going to have guests here more than a day, e-mail the board to let them know. Be sure to put a note in the window of the guest car for sheriff bob.
Intercom—can only be 562 area codes. Press #5 to open drive through and #9 for the walk through.
$150 deposit required to get the key to the clubhouse. Money is returned if the clubhouse is clean and in good condition after post inspection.
